Shipping
We are excited to provide shipping services across Australia. For information on rates, delivery times and returns, please take a look at our policy below.
We currently ship exclusively within Australia, and are not offering International shipping at this time.
We offer a flat rate shipping of $12.95 for standard delivery within Australia (estimated 3 to 8 business days) depending on your location in Australia.
You will receive a notification via email when your order has been shipped, delivered or is ready for collection.
Order Processing
Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipping.
Free Pickup
We offer free local pickup available in Armstrong creek or Highton on pre-organised weekdays from 10am – 3pm
You’ll be informed about collection days/times via email or text.
Please ensure you check your spam folder.
If you do not respond to the pick up email your order will be refunded after 7 days.
Selecting free local pick-up outside eligible postcodes will result in a shipping cost invoice, payable before shipping.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order (whether by pick-up or delivery) to initiate a return via email – [email protected]
Unfortunately, returns can’t be accepted after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email you about your refund’s approval or rejection.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Contact your bank or credit card company if there’s a delay in receiving your refund.
Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Faulty or damaged items can be exchanged. Contact us with your order number for assistance.
Due to the characteristics of resin, every piece is one-of-a-kind. Each item is crafted with great attention to detail, but since they are handmade, you might notice imperfections, air bubbles or fingerprints. These features contribute to the uniqueness of each creation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, seconds items or gift cards.
